On May 30, 1991, 42-year-old white male Michael Trenholm was murdered in Saint John, New Brunswick, Canada. His death was the result of a random act of violence perpetrated by Canadian serial killer Michael Wayne McGray. McGray stabbed and strangled Trenholm without provocation, marking one of several killings he would later confess to.
