Michael Owen O'Brien, a 62-year-old Caucasian male, was fatally shot in a drive-by incident on the morning of November 6, 2014, in Las Vegas, Nevada. The shooting occurred in a cul-de-sac in the 6900 block of Welsh Circle, near West Gowan Road and North Rainbow Boulevard. Neighbors reported hearing gunshots shortly after 9 a.m., and O'Brien was found deceased at the scene by Las Vegas police.
