Iosha Shaw, a 41-year-old Black woman, was found dead on February 27, 2025, in Hutto, Texas, in what authorities have described as an apparent murder-suicide. The tragic incident also claimed the lives of her mother, 58-year-old Deffenia Lynch, and 60-year-old Kerry Carter, the suspected perpetrator.
