In the late afternoon of February 20, 2025, a tragic discovery was made in Tacoma, Washington, shattering the city's sense of security. Wanda Davis, a 56-year-old Black / African American woman, was found deceased in a vehicle located in the 1200 block of St. Paul Avenue. Alongside her was another victim, 43-year-old Amber Bazan.
