In the late evening of November 23, 2015, the life of 39-year-old African-American man Dwayne Autry Taylor, known to some as "Chill," was tragically cut short in Las Vegas, Nevada. The incident unfolded in the parking lot of an apartment complex situated north of the downtown area, near an elementary school.
