David Rathbun, a 61-year-old retiree, went missing in October 2017 in Las Vegas. His family grew concerned after receiving only suspicious text messages and finding out his house and belongings had been sold under strange circumstances. Authorities discovered his remains in a remote Arizona mineshaft in 2018, leading to an investigation that identified Jolene Hibbs and Charles Ausiello, individuals who had lived with David, as the primary suspects.
