John Frank Childs, a 68-year-old man, was tragically killed on December 27, 2024, in Ladson, South Carolina. The incident occurred at an apartment complex on Patriot Boulevard, where authorities discovered three victims, including Childs, his 38-year-old daughter Adrienne Seay, and his 36-year-old son John A.
