Javier Aguero Zuniga, a 30-year-old male Hispanic/Latino, was found shot to death on Monday, April 4, 2016, inside a vacant, boarded-up apartment near the north end of the Las Vegas Strip. Officers were called to the building at 242 West Boston Avenue after complaints of heavy foot traffic in and out of a unit that had been secured with plywood the night before; when police arrived, the plywood had been removed and Zuniga was discovered inside.
