David Lee Helmer, a 44-year-old resident of Las Vegas, Nevada, died on August 20, 2016, following an altercation with a neighbor. The incident occurred at the Parkway Villa Apartments, where Helmer was involved in a fight with a 23-year-old man on the preceding Saturday.
