On March 3, 2025, 49-year-old white female Natalya Ivanovna Malakhova was found deceased in her home on Walter Way in Maynardville, Tennessee. The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation reported that officers from the Maynardville Police Department discovered her body alongside that of 58-year-old Stephen Jenkins after responding to a call about a possible domestic incident and shooting.
