On September 1, 2016, Charles Davis, 37, was fatally shot in Las Vegas, Nevada. He was found in an apartment complex after gunfire broke out in the area. Police responded quickly, but despite their efforts, Davis succumbed to his injuries at the scene. The circumstances surrounding the shooting pointed to a targeted attack, but the investigation faced challenges in gathering concrete leads.
