In the early morning hours of April 16, 2025, at approximately 4:50 AM, District Four officers were dispatched to the 1600 block of Summit Road in the Roselawn neighborhood of Cincinnati following reports of a shooting. Upon arrival, officers discovered Gary Holmes, a 60-year-old Black male, suffering from a gunshot wound at the location.
