In the late hours of a Monday night in Portland, Oregon, the life of Brandon Sotelo, a 29-year-old White/Caucasian male, was tragically cut short. On March 3, 2025, at approximately 11:09 p.m., officers from the North Precinct were dispatched to the 8100 block of Northeast Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard in the Piedmont neighborhood following reports of a shooting. Upon their arrival, they discovered a man suffering from gunshot wounds.
