On January 11, 2025, Tony Cristan, an 18-year-old male, was discovered by emergency personnel on the ground at an apartment complex located in the 1000 block of North Ash in Clovis, New Mexico. The incident occurred around 2:00 AM, with Cristan suffering from gunshot wounds to his upper torso and head areas. He was initially transported to Plains Regional Medical Center and subsequently transferred to a hospital in Lubbock, where he ultimately succumbed to his injuries.
