In the Walnut Park West neighborhood of St. Louis, Missouri, a burst of gunfire on an evening in the spring of 2025 tragically cut short the life of How'ki Ashaad Ramel Tools. The 38-year-old male was found on a porch on the 5900 block of Lalite Avenue, suffering from gunshot wounds. Emergency responders rushed him to a nearby hospital, but his injuries proved to be fatal.
