On February 2, 2025, at approximately 3:15 p.m., Baltimore police responded to reports of gunfire in the 2500 block of East Biddle Street. Upon arrival, officers discovered 37-year-old Troy Kavanaugh, a Black male, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
