responded to a mental health call just before 6 a.m. The caller was identified as Katie's 33-year-old husband, Nicholas Olson-Hartley. During the call, he made several concerning statements to the dispatcher before the line was disconnected. Upon their arrival at the residence, officers were initially unable to make contact with anyone inside. After observing evidence that prompted a forced entry, they made a grim discovery.
