On June 3, 2018 at 1:01 a.m. LVMPD patrol officers were dispatched to the intersection of Spring Blush Drive and Novelty Avenue in the Southwest valley to investigate reports of a shooting with two people hit. Arriving officers located an adult male and a 17-year-old male juvenile suffering from gunshot wounds. Both were transported to UMC Trauma where the adult was later pronounced deceased.
