A man is shot to death. after testifying in a murder trial
On May 12, 2008, Clenix Martin, 30, was found shot to death in Omaha, Nebraska. His murder occurred shortly after he had testified against Roy Ellis, who was convicted of killing Amber Harris. Martin's testimony played a significant role in Ellis's conviction, and many speculate that his murder may have been retaliation. Despite this connection, no suspects have been arrested, and the case remains unsolved. Authorities continue to seek information to bring justice to Martin’s family.
