Cody L. Rhodes, a 37-year-old male, was fatally shot on February 3, 2025, in Dupo, Illinois. The incident occurred around 11:30 a.m. in the 100 block of North 2nd Street, where officers responded to reports of multiple gunshots. Upon arrival, law enforcement discovered two individuals suffering from gunshot wounds. Both victims were transported to a local hospital, where Cody L. Rhodes succumbed to his injuries. The second victim sustained non-life-threatening wounds.
