Death by Force

Christopher Dickson, a 39-year-old African American man, left work on the evening of July 21, 2009, and stopped at Dailey’s Liquor Store near 30th and Spencer Streets in North Omaha. Outside the shop, he was shot. Wounded, he managed to get into his car and attempted to drive away but crashed about a block from the scene.
