Larcell Starks, 38, a Black male, was shot and killed on September 19, 2009, in Omaha, Nebraska. Contemporary accounts place the shooting in North Omaha along the Maple Street corridor near 34th and Maple, where officers responded to reports of gunfire and later identified Starks as the victim.
