On January 26, 2025, at approximately 1:25 p.m., deputies from the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department responded to a report of an assault with a deadly weapon in the 6300 block of Cayucos Drive in Phelan, California. Upon arrival, they discovered 31-year-old Adan Rodriguez, a Hispanic male from Ontario, California, suffering from a gunshot wound.
