Juanita Crowder, a 72-year-old white woman, was found deceased in her home in Augusta, Georgia, on April 8, 2025. Authorities responded to a call at approximately 11:48 a.m. and discovered both Juanita Crowder and her husband, Christopher Crowder, 77, dead from gunshot wounds to the head. The Richmond County Sheriff's Office has classified the incident as a murder-suicide, with Christopher Crowder identified as the suspect and Juanita Crowder as the victim.
