Stephanie Mason-Brown, 38, a Black woman, was shot on a summer Saturday night in North Omaha, where quiet blocks give way to the long sweep of Florence Boulevard. Just after 10 p.m. on July 21, 2012, gunfire broke the routine near Florence Boulevard and Sprague Street.
