Andre Lamar Smiley, a 36-year-old man, was fatally shot in Daytona Beach, Florida, on April 13, 2025. The incident occurred in the parking lot of Lakeside Village, located on Ontario Court. When Daytona Beach police arrived at the scene, they discovered Smiley lying on the ground with gunshot wounds. Despite emergency responders' efforts, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
