On the morning of April 2, 2025, a tragic incident unfolded in West Sacramento, California, resulting in the deaths of two individuals in what authorities have classified as a murder-suicide. Among the deceased was 34-year-old Anuja Neha Lal, a South Asian woman residing in Elk Grove, California. The other individual was 39-year-old Manmohan Singh of West Sacramento.
