Barbara "Bobbie" Brandt, an 81-year-old Caucasian female, had been a resident at Apple Rehab in Cromwell, Connecticut, since 2021. Neighbors from the condo she once shared with her husband, Dennis "Danny" Brandt, remembered her as a sweet woman who loved baked goods, potato chips, and was an avid reader. Until she moved to the nursing facility, she was considered the head of the household.
