Lisa Lossman, a three-year-old girl, was tragically murdered in Crystal Lake, Illinois, in 1974. She and her mother, Nancy Lossman, 26, fell victim to Richard Otto Macek, a serial killer known as 'The Mad Biter.' Macek was infamous for his brutal crimes, which included rape, mutilation, and murder. His killing spree spanned across Wisconsin and Illinois, leaving multiple victims in his wake.
