Death by Force

Anita Christine Barmore, a 21-year-old woman, was tragically murdered on November 7, 1962. Her body was discovered in the early hours of November 8, 1962, on the edge of a field in Charlestown, Indiana. The cause of death was determined to be strangulation. Additionally, an autopsy revealed that her left breast had been amputated, and significant portions of her pubic area had been excised.
