Betsy Lynn Loden, a 22-year-old woman, was found deceased on January 14, 1975, in her garage at Holiday Garden Estates in New Port Richey, Florida. Her death was determined to be caused by carbon monoxide poisoning, as she had been bound with surgical tape and placed near the exhaust pipe of her 1967 Toyota. Authorities believed she was restrained in the kitchen before being moved to the garage.
