Sara "Sally" Taylor Hallett, a 59-year-old woman, was tragically murdered on April 21, 1973, in Aptos, California. She was the last victim of the infamous serial killer Edmund Kemper. Hallett was a close friend of Kemper's mother, Clarnell Strandberg, and worked alongside her at the University of California, Santa Cruz.
