Arthur Dahlstedt, a 54-year-old man, was among the victims of Vaughn Orrin Greenwood, an American serial killer known as the 'Skid Row Slasher.' Greenwood carried out a series of murders in Southern California between November 1964 and January 1975, targeting vagrants and transients. Dahlstedt was killed on December 11, 1974, as part of Greenwood's spree, which involved ritualistic elements such as cutting victims' throats, leaving cups of blood near their bodies, and sprinkling salt around the
