On August 22, 2007, Anthony Walker, a 17-year-old from St. Louis, Missouri, was tragically shot and killed. The incident occurred near the 4400 block of Penrose Street, in the Fairground Park neighborhood of North St. Louis. Reports indicate that Anthony was shot multiple times and succumbed to his injuries before emergency services could transport him to the hospital.
