Paula Hamric, a 22-year-old Caucasian woman, tragically lost her life on November 17, 1973, in Titusville, Florida. Her death was part of a series of murders committed by Bernard Eugene Giles, a convicted serial killer and rapist. Giles targeted young women, often hitchhikers, and lured them into his car before driving them to secluded areas where he would assault and murder them.
