Keith Lavell Bibbs, a 16-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life in July 1983. His remains were discovered on October 18, 1983, at an abandoned farm in Lake Village, Newton County, Indiana. Bibbs was one of four victims found at the site, all of whom had been brutally murdered by Larry Eyler, a notorious serial killer known as the 'Highway Killer.'
