Edgar Anthony Underkofler, a 26-year-old male, tragically lost his life on October 30, 1982, in Oakwood, Vermilion County, Illinois. He was one of the victims of Larry Eyler, infamously known as 'The Highway Killer.' Eyler was a serial murderer who targeted young men and boys, committing heinous crimes between 1982 and 1984.
