In the summer of 1995, the life of Sheila Farrior, a 37-year-old Black/African American woman, was tragically cut short in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. On June 27, she was found strangled, her death leaving a void in the lives of her loved ones, including her 17-year-old daughter, Shannon.
