Giacomino 'Jack' Toto, an 89-year-old male, passed away on February 23, 2003, while a patient at Somerset Medical Center in Somerville, New Jersey. For 25 years, he had worked as a mechanic and also operated a vegetable stand. His death was later discovered to be not from natural causes but a homicide.
