Loretta Perry, a 24-year-old Black woman, tragically lost her life on January 25, 1987. Her body was discovered in the Watts neighborhood of Los Angeles, specifically on South Defiance Avenue. The circumstances surrounding her death were harrowing, as she was one of the victims of Louis Craine, a convicted serial killer.
