On a spring afternoon in the small town of Saxtons River, Vermont, the tranquility was shattered by a brutal act of violence that would leave the community shaken and a family forever broken. On April 15, 1986, 36-year-old Lynda Moore, a Caucasian female, was found murdered in her own home.
