Diane Wilder, a 27-year-old Caucasian woman, was tragically murdered on January 11, 1979, in Bellingham, Washington. Diane, along with her friend Karen Mandic, was last seen alive when they went to check out a potential house-sitting job. The contact for this job was Kenneth Bianchi, who would later be identified as one of the infamous Hillside Stranglers.
