Allen Wayne Broussard, a 28-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on June 6, 1994. His death was a result of a heinous crime committed by Herbert Richard Baumeister, a notorious serial killer. Broussard's remains were discovered on Baumeister's property in Westfield, Hamilton County, Indiana.
