On January 27, 1923, 19-year-old white male, Duncan Waller, was tragically murdered in Memphis, Tennessee. Waller, a salesman from Mayfield, Kentucky, was accompanied by 20-year-old Ruth McElwaine Tucker, a white female from Bowling Green, Kentucky.
