Roy Eugene "Ikie" Bunton, a 19-year-old male of African American ethnicity, disappeared on August 21, 1972, while hitchhiking to his job at a shoe store in Houston, Texas. His body was later discovered on August 8, 1973, in a mass grave in Dean Corll's boat shed. Bunton was one of at least 28 victims of Corll's sadistic killing spree, which took place in the early 1970s.
