Allie Wilkins, a 79-year-old woman of Caucasian ethnicity, tragically lost her life on October 11, 1983, in Fort Bend County, Texas. She was one of six victims in a horrific shooting spree carried out by Eliseo Hernandez Moreno. The rampage began in College Station and ended in Hempstead, Texas, claiming the lives of Allie Wilkins, her sister Ann Bennatt , her brother-in-law James Bennatt , and three others, including a Texas Department of Public Safety trooper named Russell Lynn Boyd .
