Tywon Peoples, age 33, was fatally shot in St. Louis, Missouri, on December 5, 2008. This homicide remains unsolved despite efforts from the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department. Peoples was one of many victims of gun violence during a particularly challenging period for St. Louis, a city known for its high rate of homicides.
