Justin Michael Steggy Ray, a 17-year-old male from Fort Worth, Texas, tragically lost his life on September 15, 1999. He was one of the victims of the Wedgwood Baptist Church shooting, a devastating event that occurred during a teen prayer rally. The shooter, Larry Gene Ashbrook, disrupted the rally by shouting obscenities, firing a handgun repeatedly, and detonating a pipe bomb. This horrific incident resulted in the deaths of seven people, including Justin Michael Steggy Ray.
