Vickie Ann Bivins Bowen, a 44-year-old woman of Caucasian ethnicity, tragically died on October 16, 2003, at her home in Livingston, Texas. Born on February 11, 1959, in Greenville, Mississippi, she was the daughter of Clifford and Norma Bivins. She is survived by her parents, her son Joey Bowen, and her sister Terri Lynn Bivins.
