Lynda Kay Delaney, age 72, of Livingston, Texas, passed away on February 11, 2019. She was born on December 29, 1946, in Center, Texas, to Garland Elliott and Mamie Elliott. Lynda was a beloved mother, grandmother, and sister who left behind a large family. Her death was part of a tragic incident that also claimed the lives of her husband, Carlos Eugene Delaney, 74, their granddaughter, Ashley Delaney Horn, 27, and her great-granddaughter, Ranley Jo Horn, who was just 15 months old.
